During the school year, transcript requests are prepared by staff in the Guidance and Counseling Office. To request a transcript, call 920-921-4870 X1224.The following information is needed:
- Your name (and maiden name, if applicable)
- Year of graduation from Springs
- Name and address of where the transcript is to be sent
- A $2.00 fee is charged for each transcript.Please send the money to St. Mary’s Springs High School, Attn:Guidance Dept., 255 County Rd. K, Fond du Lac, WI 54937
Most colleges, places of employment, and scholarships request an “Official” transcript, which means that the transcript must be sent directly from Springs to the college, employer, or scholarship committee. “Unofficial” copies are stamped “unofficial” and may be received by the student/former student.
Transcripts will not be released without the request/consent of a parent or student. Final transcripts will not be released unless all outstanding accounts have been paid in full.
St. Mary’s Springs will not release students’ names and addresses or provide mailing lists to anyone, including representatives of the military and colleges and universities without the consent of the student.
